Art Therapy sessions are psychotherapy sessions using art as a way to express and communicate thoughts and feelings. Sessions typically involve a deeper exploration and can be especially helpful for difficult to talk about experiences or emotions.

Therapeutic art sessions are not art psychotherapy sessions. However they can be nourishing, self-revealing and have therapeutic benefits.
Both can be enjoyable and healing but Art Therapy is done alongside a trained Art Therapist and with the right therapist can transform deeper relational patterns and past hurts.
I offer both art therapy sessions and therapeutic art sessions. I have experience working with teenagers in a state secondary school setting and I now specialise in working with teenagers and adults. I hold a Masters degree in Art Therapy and have worked in various education settings as a teacher too. As an artist and illustrator I am also experienced with creative mediums and techniques.
I offer sessions both online and in-person.
